QT4-20 block machine is applied to urbanrural concrete block enterprises manufacturing wall blocks, roadway blocks ,and shadow wall blocks. It adopts hydraulic drive compression molding .and the high-speed and strong vibrator ensure the qualified product molding layered material -distributing manufactures paving bricks of various color ,it is especially applied to manufacturing high-mixture fly ash solid brick and cork bricks, etc.

"QT" of QT4-20 is given by Chinese government that all of the Concrete Block
machine must use this Series Number.

"4" of QT4-20 stands for the production quantity is 4pcs blocks/mould for
hollow block 390*190*190mm

"20" of QT4-20 stands for per cycle time is 20 seconds. It means 3 moulds
