Installation and debugging
Fix the machine and make it at the level, then ,fix the operation station.
Feeding oil :the oil used in this series of oil pump: Low condensate hydraulic oil,anti-wear hydraulic oil, Aviation hydraulic oil and so on .the temperature should 15-65 ºC,the ideal temperature is 50±4ºC,moving viscidity is 27-43mm2/s,when 15ºC,it should be lower than 43mm2/s.the True degree of self-priming with the high viscidity when cold start should be lower than 0.016 MPa. Oil Cleanliness should be em-space NAS10 class. Dirty will cut the life of the oil pump.
You should check the oil pump again after one month, and change or clean the colander .incompetent oil should be newer .you should change the oil when any one following happens
1,the viscidity :when it is more than ±10-15%;
2 .acid number: more than 0.5mgKOH/g
3.water :more than 0.1%
4.proportion :change is more than 0.05
The electricity joint: contact 380V.start and care the direct of the motor circumgyrate ,and make it match with the pump,if not ,must be off of the power.
Start :when use the machine at first time or use after so long-term ,please fill the clean oil into the pump,or do not start.
The flooding valve in the system adjust to the bottorm ,forbid starting when there is load .
In-continuous operation when the pump start ,then make it operation continuously .if there is not something wrong to happen after some time ,then ,adjust it to the right pressure and the runoff .the max of flooding valve should be not higher than 35 Mpa.
When start firstly,you should work for half hour.when there are something wrong ,for example,upper temperature ,reveal ,libration and noise ,you should end and check.
Adjust pressure :turn the adjustment snail to the lowest ,let the head of the piston at the right place : then adjust to the necessary work pressure .(the usual pressure should be 15 Mpa)
Notice terms and usual malfunction
1.check the insulation of the line ,and contact the earth line ;
2. when it works, the nuts of the four posts should be fastened to be balance
3. when pump endures the load ,never off suddenly.
4. in the production ,if there is some noise in-normal ,you should end the machine,and check oil pump and the nut
5. the journey of the pump can not extra-length 185mm,when the distance between head mould and the mould box is too big ,you can adjust the nut according to need till to the right dimension
6. if there is less than half oil in the oil container ,never start .
7. when it works,,if the piston doesnot work, there maybe be something wrong with Clamps, make the oil be not able to be ejected to the oil container so that the piston can not up and down
8. there are three reasons for the low pressure: first ,the oil quantity : check if there is not enough oil in the container ,you should add some more oil. second, the oil container :put the thing on the side to press ,if it can not get the enough pressure ,it means the container floods,then you should change the airproof circle .third ,the pump destroy :within the work ,if there is something wrong later,the pressure sign come down with the time going ,or pressure come down with the temperature going up ,that means there is something wrong with container ,so please get a new oil pump.
mainterance of the machine
1,check whether the the machine is steady
2,pls checking the crew of the four vertical shafts frequantly,if it is loosening, pls pull up it.
3,Washing the oil box per three months,after making the oil clearlythen pour it into the box again
4,In order to keep the engine oil from freezing in the cold season,pls chose the best hydraulic oil
5,checking the screw of the engine and the oil pump machine,
6,clearing all the left concrete mixer after the working.
7,Keeping the machine in the dry and wind-well warehouse,if keeped in the air,make sure the machine away from the rain and the sunlight

The maintenance period is half one year,(according with rules of the machinery mainterance of the republic of china )
Under the condition that the buyer use the machine in the right way(right installation,right operation and comfortable mainterance),since the buying day,if the machine stop working for the disqualification fitting,we are responsible for it,and we will send one technician to amend it.
The materials of the paver block and the manufacturing technique
Raw material
Technique demanding (according to the construction standard JC446-91for the concrete paver of republic of china)
1,concrete: pls use the Portland cement according to the standard GB175,general Portland cement and according to the standard GB1344.
2,skeletal material: the sand should according with the standard JGJ52
3,rough skeletal material: use the gravel or the river stone according to JGJ53
4,The hard rough skeletal material shoud according with the below demand:
A the proportion of the soil is less than 3%
B the lost after firing is less than 8%
C not including the materials that stops the solidifying of the cement
5,the mixing of the flyash should accorf with the standard GB807
6,colour materials: the material should have no effect on the quality of the block
7,water: drinking water
the proportion of the materials

colourful cement : sooth sand: quartz sand:water=1:1:1:0.046
industrial chemicals : iron oxide red, chrome oxide green, iron oxide yellow etc.

the manufacturing technique
Colour material
Mix the materials→pour the colour mixture into the mould →add the cement mixture
Cement ,stone,sand mixture
→press →remove the mould→air-curing→product
Particularize
Pls prepare the colour material and the concrete mixture.prepare the mould box and the nether mould. First discharge the colour material (note:the material should discover the mould design) and then add the concrete mixture,cover the pressure head,then pressing ,take the paver block to some place for the air-curing,after the air-curing,the paver can sell out.if you want,you can dry block with the steam,or under the shadow
