Product Description
SY2-10 fully automatic hydraulic clay interlocking brick machine is a specialized brick-making equipment. It uses clay as raw material and can be mixed with a small amount of cement. It does not require firing or building kilns, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The non-burning process reduces production costs. The equipment is driven by full hydraulic power and controlled by PLC intelligent system, achieving a complete production process of automatic feeding and high-pressure molding, significantly reducing labor. Its high-precision hydraulic system, combined with specially made alloy steel molds, ensures that the brick blanks have sharp edges and corners, smooth surfaces, and precise interlocking structures, while also having high strength and decorative beauty. Technically, the equipment is equipped with a 5.5kW motor, with a maximum working pressure of 20MPa and a theoretical output of approximately 720 bricks per hour. The entire machine has a compact structure and occupies a small area.
